The service was slow

I ordered chicken soup. I always thought it's like home made soup. Wanted to clarify something with the waiter. But he never returned to my table again.

I ordered an item they forgot to bring and they add itvto the bill

The waiter eho was serving me was all over the place.

Hey Just realised we bought a burger ; chips and cake box. However, the cake was not packed

Reached there asked for a beer 🍺 the waiter started looking at the time and said don't want to serve a beer and we will close at 11

My decaf double came with milk so I couldn’t take it and couldn’t wait for another due to time so I just carried to pour, so that someone else wasn’t served the same

Nothing bad..it just takes a while to get service and food.

I loved the coffee. I wanted beef sausage with some salad served but not an extra cost, but that option was not given. So I didn't finally take the beef sausage. I was just disappointed with the rigidity of options available.

It was okay except .. making call to a number on line then being redirects again is not nice. Probably have numbers for every branch on the website

They forgot one of the items I ordered. But it wasn't included in the final bill so that's ok

I commend you for the good treatment you have given them.

I had to leave half of the meal uneaten and carry the other portion home to try and redo it
